Gretchen Scalpi, RD, CDE

Gretchen is a Registered Dietitian with over twenty-five years of experience providing nutritional counseling to individuals. She is Registered with The Commission on Dietetics Registration and is a Certified Diabetes Educator with The National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators. Gretchen has a private practice and serves as a consultant for assisted living facilities and a substance abuse treatment center. She has taught nutrition courses at community college, and worked in hospitals and long term care. Gretchen's areas of expertise include diabetes education, weight control, and wellness.
